A toxin spill at a Texas City, Texas BP plant may be responsible for people of the town developing respiratory problems. The spill went largely unnoticed until parents started finding their children were coming down with respiratory problems. In a recent ruling, the City of Minneapolis has decided to pay $165,000 to Zombies.
